Patient Fees And Rebates
Please be aware that you will be expected to pay for the consultation on the day. We accept cash, cheque, Eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept American express and do not bulk bill.
DVA patients are fully covered. Please bring your Gold Card with you.
If you are covered by Workcover or TAC you will need to bring your claim number and other relevant details eg. Workcover Case Manager name and contact.
In order to receive the Medicare rebate you will need to provide a letter of referral.

Procedure
If you undergo a procedure in the rooms on the day of consultation or as a separate appointment, the following fees are charged. Specific item number fees will also apply and will be discussed with you prior to your procedure.
